Our Headquarters and offices are at Smugglers Villa Resort. From Eastsound head north on North Beach Road. You will see a sign on the left for Outer Island Expeditions and Smuggler’s Villa Resort. Turn Left on Brandt’s Landing Lane then Right onto Sucia Drive. Look for a metal gate on the left with a big sign painted like an Orca Whale. You will see our office, a small red building in the whale watch parking lot. Come on in to the office for private charters, kayak rentals, water taxi service, and inquiries. Check in for all regular scheduled tours at the adjacent kiosk 30 minutes prior to your departure.

We meet at the Willows Inn at the beach. Walk directly onto the beach and prepare for a thrill as the boat arrives charging up on the sandy shore! Due to the inherent nature of beach landings, tours departing from the Willows must take place in calm weather. We recommend close-toed shoes that you don’t mind if they get a little sandy or wet. Meet your captain at the vessel at the beach.
We depart directly from Semiahmoo Resort. Private charters, Fishing charters, and Water Taxi services can be picked up directly from the Plover Dock at the resort. For daily scheduled group whale watching tours we have a shuttle departing from the resort, or you can meet us at our dock in Bellingham.
