We have a 25% non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee. Your trip is transferable until 72hrs before your departure. No-shows will be charged in full.

• Outer Island Excursions may cancel trips due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be refunded in full.

• If you do have to cancel within 72 hrs of departure, you will be charged 100%, unless we are able to resell your tickets.

For all private excursions over $2000, an automatic gratuity of 10% of your charter price will be added to your reservation, unless opted for a higher gratuity amount. 

On our Whale and Orca  Tour from Anacortes and Orcas Island, if you do not see whales you will be given a standby voucher for a free tour. This voucher will never expire. Vouchers are non-transferable. This standby voucher allows you to ride free if all seats are not filled on a sailing, this voucher can also be redeemed as a 50% off voucher for secured, reserved seating.

On our Orca Only tour, if you do not see Orca whales then we offer a 50% off voucher to join us for a second trip or to ride again free stand by. This voucher will never expire. Vouchers are non-transferable. This standby voucher allows you to ride free if all seats are not filled on a sailing, this voucher can also be redeemed as a 50% off voucher for secured, reserved seating.

Private Charters do not guarantee whale sightings. The 3 hour duration private charter has an 80% success rate of sightings, the 4 hour private charter success rate for sightings is closer to 90%.
